Chartered Surveying

Quantity Surveying provides the best value solutions and buildability of construction projects with an independent view of the project.  Procuring tenders from information from design professional specialists by use of Bills of Quantities, Specification or Schedules of Work utilising a JCT Form of Building Contract and controlling costs during the whole build procurement.

Realistic budgets set from initial design focus the Client’s mind on the potential expenditure and what can be achieved with the funds that are available.


Construction Consultants

Acting on behalf of clients for feasibility, understanding their requirements; advising on the method to achieve their goals; avoiding the ‘one size fits all’ approach for the sector in which they operate by addressing the issues that affects the Client’s peaceful enjoyment of the building and it’s environment.

We have been instrumental in “getting the building to work” for a number of clients.


Specialist Services

A number of additional services have been developed over the lifetime of this Practice.

As Client requirements have increased, they look to a Chartered Surveyor, Construction Consultant to advise in areas associated with the procurement of the building process.

When you have lost your property through fire or flood, we can assist in assessing and preparing the claim for the building element and negotiate with loss adjusters and insurers.

Since the Party Wall Act of 1996, it is now a legal requirement for any party embarking on building work within 3/6 metres of their Adjoining Owner, to inform their neighbours, who will be affected by the works, of their intention to do so through a Party Wall Award application.

Construction Design Management Co-ordinator (CDMC) Services on specific projects related to the safe working of all personnel on construction sites.
