PRACTICE PROFILE

Paul J Fleming Associates was established in 1983, Paul Fleming having previously been an Associate of a leading firm of nationally based quantity surveyors with a commercial and industrial bias.

Since 1983 the Practice has completed a wide range of projects for individuals, property developers, national companies and local authorities. The range of projects undertaken spans from relatively simple industrial and housing developments through to retail, specialist engineering testing facilities, licensed premises, listed building refurbishment, leisure complexes, office development and town centre redevelopment.

The Practice mission statement is to provide the client with a completed building project, which satisfies his needs, on time, and in the knowledge that value for money has been achieved.
